The perfect post-fasted workout, middle of a beautiful day meal: the B.E.A.T salad. Bacon, egg, avocado, tomato. Add some salt and pepper, a splash of lemon juice (or in my case, an entire lemon) and voilĂ ! Seriously, this is gooood.
