Day 100

Something I've been experimenting with lately has been offal. I got some tasty Beef heart parts at the Farmer's Market last weekend from Wolf Creek Farm and used 1/3lb yesterday. In thin slices, throw the beef heart into a pan with olive oil and your seasoning of choice. Five to ten minutes and you're done! Also, tonight I cooked some beef liver - a bit too tough because I cooked it too long but still pretty good! ps! Day 100! Here's to the next 265!
